I'm having an issue with the way menus are being displayed with the SEF URLS.

When you go to this category, for instance, the menu on the right is highlighted properly and the top (Cheapest Website Hosting): www.websitehostreport.com/cheapest-website-hosting

For some reason, when you click some of the items they display the proper menu on the page, but others do not. This page loads the menu properly: www.websitehostreport.com/website-hosting-reviews/ipage-review

But this one doesn't display the menu at all: www.websitehostreport.com/website-hostin...ews/inmotion-hosting

This happens for various categories - the menus don't even show up on some, and others it has the wrong category menu item selected. Is there a way to fix this?

There's probable a problem with wrong Itemids being stored for some SEF URLs. This may happen if your articles are displayed in multiple menus on your website, because the first one encountered is used.
Try the following - open JoomSEF's Manage Extensions page and there open the K2 extension parameters. On the Common tab set Ignore multiple sources to No.
If that doesn't help you can enable both the "Exclude source info (Itemid)" and "Reappend source (Itemid)" options in JoomSEF's Configuration on the Advanced tab, so the Itemid will be added as non-SEF variable to URL, for example:
www.websitehostreport.com/cheapest-website-hosting?Itemid=123
