Yes I do. The question what the "right" setup at JoomSEF's configurations are? I have tried all the options...
JoomSefs language switcher is visible on the front-end but it seems like menus created for all the langauages are not assigned to the flags.

It's probably me who mixed something up. Haven't found any guidelines how the setup for multilingual website in joomla should be created after disabling the system language switcher and using JoomSEFs instead.

I send login info to artio support and they solved the language override problem.

The problem was plugin ordering. System – ARTIO JoomSEF plugin should be first. That's it.

It doesn't work for me. Just changed the ordering with ratio plugin on the top, and there's the same problem... no menus are visible.

What versions of Joomla and JoomSEF do you use?
Do you use language code integrated in URL path or different domains for different languages?
Are your menu modules set to be shown on all pages or just some of them?
Do you have the languages configured in Joomla's Extensions -> Language Manager menu on the Content tab?

I'm using Joomla! 2.5.6 and JoomSEF 4.
yes. every language has it's own url path (made in Extensions >> Language Manager >> Content)
the menu modules are being setup to be shown only for the menu in a specific language. Meaning by clicking on the english flag should appear the english menu, on Chinese flag, Chinese menu and so one. It worked when the system language switcher was enabled. It doesn't when it's disabled.
