I am using:
Joomla - 3.2.0
Sobipro - 1.1.3
Joomsef sobipro extension 3.0.5

I have a problem with my Sobipro titles. Joomsef is not overriding the Stock Sobipro titles - it is adding on to the front of the existing title.

Here is the stock Sobipro title without Joomsef turned on:

"Sobipro Category Name - Sobipro Entry Name"

Here is the title with Joomsef turned on (and Sobipro extension activated:

"Joomsef Title - Sobipro Category Name - Sobipro Entry Name"

How can I get ONLY the Joomsef title to display?

I tried adding the meta tag - noindex, follow - to some of my Sobipro Urls and it does not work. Now I have hundreds of pages indexed in google that I do not want indexed.


How do I fix these problems?

In your JoomSEF's Configuration on the Title and Meta Tags tab make sure that "Prefer JoomSEF titles" option is enabled.

To set the noindex, nofollow meta tags, open JoomSEF's URLs Manager, edit the SEF URL and on the Meta Tags tab set the Meta Robots option (see the screenshot):

Yes - I have everything configured correctly. I have been using Joomsef with Sobipro for 3 years and am VERY familiar with how it is all supposed to work. Unfortunately with this configuration:
Joomla - 3.2.0
Sobipro - 1.1.3
Joomsef sobipro extension 3.0.5

The Sobipro plugin for Joomsef is not doing what it is supposed to do.

The meta tags are working fine for my K2 pages - but not for my Sobipro pages

Have you tested the Sobipro plugin with the new version of Joomla?
