Problem :
I have installed JoomSEF on my clients twice. Both times were Fresh Installs.
However the component does not accept or acknoledge the download code provided by your support email. I am essentially being notified that I'm running the Free version of the component.
The configuration page states:
- JoomSEF (is) now operates (ing) in Beginner mode. If you need access to more configuration options and the Advanced configuration tab, please enable Professional mode.
Switching to professional mode does not adhere.
In fact when trying to set any parameters in the Configuration pannel the settings do not adhere.
The Upgrade page states:
Download ID not set. You will obtain the non-paid version of JoomSEF when launching upgrade from ARTIO Server. If you have purchased JoomSEF, please, enter your Download ID now.
When I attempt to enter the download code and the Artio User Account, onge again, the data does not commit. Save & Close, Save or Cancle toggles simply do not fucntion.

If anyone has had a similar experiences of enabling the paid version of JooSEF 4 I would greatly appreciate some kind of input.
Please note that I have been through the support forum to find similar instances of issues involving the upgrade of this component. This is what led me to reinstall the whole platform.
