I use JoomSEF on the site www.top-solar-info.de and two other sites. Unfortunately, I have on one side major problems.
I work with JoomSEF urls eg
www.top-solar-info.de/politik/news/polit...enderfinanzausgleich
and give the URL on Facebook "Status", my home page is read.
I give you on Facebook enter the same address as non-JoomSEF URL eg
www.top-solar-info.de/index.php?option=c...tid=9&Itemid=159
is the correct page read.

My problem is not only Facebook, but also Bing and Google is now always directed to the homepage.

I have already made the site completely from scratch, and for days looking for the error. I'd appreciate any advice.

I've tried searching google for "site:www.top-solar-info.de" and when I click some link it's opened correctly, for example www.top-solar-info.de/wirtschaft/news/wirtschaft.
Could you describe in more detail what happens on facebook? If you put a link to your website to a status, does the link change so it links to homepage, or it links to the correct page but once clicked it's redirected to homepage?

Hi,

The problem with Facebook is that it has cached the data for the URL sometime in the past when the link was probably not working correctly. You need to tell Facebook to refresh the cache.
You can use the Facebook debugger for this: developers.facebook.com/tools/debug
Just enter the URL and click the Debug button - it will refresh the cache and display the current information about the link. I've already used it for www.top-solar-info.de/politik/news/polit...enderfinanzausgleich so that link already works correctly in Facebook.

I don't know what causes the Bing and Google problem, maybe it just takes some time for them to index your website. Have you supplied the sitemap.xml file for them?
Your website seems to return correct HTML response codes, so I don't see a reason why it shouldn't be indexed. Are there any errors reported in Google Webmasters Tools?

I thank them very much for their response and the many pains. This morning I found another bug which has probably caused the diversion. Unfortunately I had no time to test the site but it seems to work again. The error probably came from social networking plugin that caused the redirect. Even though I had deleted the code were wolh remnants in database. A deactivation of the plugin seems to have solved the problem. Thanks again and best regards from Berlin!

That was a really ugly error and that cost me a lot of time and trouble!
