The FaLang extension parameters are not being used, since FaLang doesn't generate its own URLs. The configuration from Content extension should be used for articles for all languages.
Try deleting the German URLs using JoomSEF's URLs Manager and clear JoomSEF's and Joomla caches, so the URLs can be recreated from scratch.

thanks for the hint with FaLang.
I always delete URLs, clear the caches of both JoomSef and Joomla etc. so that is not the issue.
It seems JoomSef ignores the Content extension settings for my german translation, the english translation is correct. Are my Plugins in the correct order? I attached a screenshot in my first post.

Yes, your plugins seem to be correctly ordered, System - ARTIO JoomSEF is before the System - FaLang Database Driver. I'd only recommend you to try moving them before any other System plugin.

Could you post a few examples of SEF URLs with associated Real non-SEF URLs in both english and german? You can find them in JoomSEF's URLs Manager.

These are the same for example, only the german URL is wrong
