Hope you are doing well, recently you had done a mod iin Joomsef / VM2 so that we could change currency along with the language, and it 's working great. The next step is to be able to change the following with the language selection, let me explain:

1) Shopper group (for non-logged in users)

- Visitors from EU countries will go to one shopper group that shows prices with TAX
- Visitors from non-EU countries will go to another shopper group that shows prices without TAX.

Ideally the shopper group to be able to be selected from the Joomsef config just like the currency for each language.

So the whole idea completes as follows for example:

A visitor from France clicks on the French Flag, goes to www.quality-tuning.fr with Euro currency and he sees prices with tax.

Another visitor from Russia, clicks on the Russian FLag, goes to www.quality-tuning.ru with Russian ruble currency and sees prices without tax.

and so on...

2) Default country

This is for checkout purposes, i.e. when the unlogged customer from russia goes to checkout, Russia is preselected along with the relevant shipping fees so it is extremely convenient for the customer and increases sales.

Would above be possible you think? If yes, kindly advise estimated cost and required time pls!
