Hi,
Sorry for late reply. The original link you've posted seems to be working now, have you managed to solve the problem?

Try manually editing the URL using Manage SEF URLs in JoomSEF and make sure that there are no special characters after the shop.browse, like this:
foteliki-samochodowe_en
index.php?option=com_virtuemart&category_id=15&lang=en&page=shop.browse

If the URLs are created with special characters again, there may be some problem with URLs on your website. Try to find out where are those URLs located - you can delete the URLs from JoomSEF and enable the URL Source Tracing in Advanced configuration to help you with this.
