Hi,
This seems like a problem with URL rewriting. If your server is Apache based, check that you have mod_rewrite installed and your .htaccess file is configured properly. If it's IIS, make sure that your URL rewriting is configured correctly.

mod_rewrite is ok. I talked with server manager and he said me that evrything is configurated correctly. I hve always the problems of: 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. The url is correct but i don't see the page.
Thanks.

I have renamed file htaccess.txt to .htaccess and suddenly appears error 505 in every page. So i created .htaccess.bak to restart website. that's all.

Hi,
JoomSEF cannot work if there's no .htaccess file, so you should rename the htaccess.txt to .htaccess and solve the 500 error. The 500 Internal server error usually means some misconfiguration in .htaccess file, usually adding the
RewriteBase /
or removing the
Options +FollowSymLinks
helps.

You shouldn't use the ErrorDocument to handle SEF URLs from JoomSEF. Just use the default Joomla's htaccess.txt renamed to .htaccess and adjust it to meet your server's requirements.

To prevent the Artio link being displayed, you should disable JoomSEF's plugin when SEF is disabled on your website.
