I have a little problem. I would like to add some custom SEF URLS to my website, but when I want to log into the backend, it only shows me a blank site with this note:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 9496472 bytes) in /var/www/web420/html/libraries/joomla/document/html/html.php on line 389

Any ideas how I can change this?

You will probably need to increase the allowed memory limit for PHP on your web server.
