when I turn the Joomsef on, the breadcrumb in some of the Zoo articles disapear.
what I need to do to fix the problem?

This seems like a problem with wrong Itemids being stored with SEF URLs. It has no easy solution, because it is linked to your individual menu structure. See what Itemid is stored for SEF URLs with missing breadcrumb and check if it corresponds to the menu item ID that should be selected on that page. If it doesn't, you have a problem with Itemids. Try disabling the "Ignore multiple sources" option in extension parameters or enabling both the "Exclude source info (Itemid)" and "Reappend source (Itemid)" options in JoomSEF's advanced configuration.
