Thx, done and failed. Here's an info :
File does not exist in upgrade package: /admin/contentelements/translationJsparamsFilter.php
As I said before - my ID is ok.
Still the same. Any idea ?
( online upgrade doesn't work nor Upload Package File )

I've just checked it and both upgrade methods are currently working fine from 3.9.6 to 3.9.9.
I don't know what could cause the problem for you. Could you send me access credentials to your website's administration area and FTP so I can check what's going on to my e-mail: Diese E-Mail-Adresse ist gegen Spambots geschützt! Du musst JavaScript aktivieren, damit Du sie sehen kannst. ?

Done.
I uninstalled Joomsef and installed again. Now it works ok and tables in sql remains the same. Uff !
It's a pity there's no email notification about new upgrades like others do.
