By default Joomla provides only lowercase URLs for the pages. We are deploying our site on Windows server, which is case insensitive, which leads to the duplicate content problem.

We want case sensitivity, so only one URL can be reached, with the correct case. It should be all lower or upper or camel case, we only want one case-sensitive URL to be accessible for a given page.

Is JoomSEF provides this facility on windows server?
