I have a couple of problems with my search results when using JoomSEF. I have a site where sellers can post their items.

Problem 1: When viewing a particular seller's item there is a link at the bottom that allows you to list all items listed by that seller. The link normally looks like this;

www.site.com/component/jreviews/search-r...mp;author=AUTHORNAME

Normally this works, bit with JoomSEF enabled this returns a 404 Page Not Found.

Problem 2: When a search for items, by State for example, returns there is an option to control the number of results displayed on the page. With JoomSEF turned off this works but with it turned on it defaults to the initial setting of 10.

Can somebody help me understand why these happen and if there is a way to fix it.

1) What does the URL look like with JoomSEF enabled? The one posted doesn't look like generated by JoomSEF.

2) There's probably some variable in the URLs that JoomSEF doesn't handle. Please try to find the SEF URL used for displaying the results in JoomSEF's URLs Manager and check if there are any duplicates. Post some examples of the URLs please.
