I want to do a "universal" 301 redirect for mydomain.com to mydomain.net so that any page hit for mydomain.com/etc/etc gets redirected to mydomain.net/etc/etc. But it must be 301 redirect.

Can this be done in JoomSEF?

I'm doing it because my SEO guy screwed it up with bad spam back links that can not be disavowed and appearantly doing a 301 redirect to a new domian will bring the ranking over without the penalties.
