I'm having an issue with SEF3 affecting a second site hosted on my account and hoping that someone knows how to resolved this issue. I have one hosting account that hosts 2 sites each with their own URL. Site 1 runs in the root directory, and site 2 is hosted in a sub-folder. I have Joomla 1.5.25 running on both sites.
I installed SEF3 using Joomla on site 2 only, however, now when I type in the URL for site 1, it now redirects to site 2. Also, if I am somewhere in site 1, whenever I click on the homepage (default) link, it brings me to site 2. None of the other links within site 1 are affected, just the Homepage link.
For example, I type in
www.site1.com I get taken to
www.site2.com and when I click on the Homepage link in Site 1 I get taken to the Homepage of site 2. Does anyone know of a solution to this? I have tried turning off SEF within Joomla on both sites (for a quick fix), but I'm still having the same issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
