I am running the following

Joomla 1.5.26
Apache 2.2.22
PHP 5.3.17
Artio SEF 3.6.2
Windows 2003

I am migrating the site to Debian 7.3 but with PHP 5.3.3. The migration was done with Akeeba backup and all looks good. I can see the homepage of the site but none of the links work, I get an apache error saying file not found. So I turned off ArtioSEF to test the site without it and the site works. So there is something wrong with ArtioSEF and/or my configuration.

I purchased this component in 2010 so am out of support, can someone help me troubleshoot? If I knew where to look for errors I would, my joomla error logs says the following
