i am using Artio joomSEF 3.8.2 on joomla 1.5.25 (note the latest version of artio joomsef seemed to have been missing the 'advanced' tab on the joomsef configuration panel - so i used the older version)

I have the k2 extension installed and otherwise working perfectly with the following exception:

on menu items with 'k2 item' type - i am getting nicely formed urls - but '/item' is being appended

example www.conservationhamilton.ca/meeting-information-dates/item

I have looked through this forum and worked through all the setting and I can't seem to find anything related

please help :)

Hi,
n latest version you need to first enable the Professional mode in Basic configuration for the Advanced configuration to be displayed.
Please post an example of Real URL stored for the SEF URL with /item at the end.
Unfortunately, for some reason your screenshots weren't uploaded.

I am looking at upgrading to pro - can you confirm that my settings and work done some far on the basic will carry through to the pro - i assume that to be the case but want to make sure.

I'm sorry, I meant you to open the Manage SEF URLs page in JoomSEF, find some URL with /item at the end there and post the Real URL for it in format of index.php?option=com_k2&....

Yes, if you purchase the Paid version, you can use the Upgrade page in JoomSEF to upgrade it from free to paid. Do NOT uninstall your free JoomSEF, or you will lose the configuration!
