TOPIC: Fatal Error

I just installed the SEF component and modified my httaccess file according to the instructions... as well as I understood ;)

When I click on links I get this error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: addhttpequiv() in /home/username/public_html/cn/administrator/components/com_sefpatch/config.class.php on line 568

has anyone seen this before?
