Good day,

I have loaded Joomdoc Pro on Joomla 2.5 and everything works fine except for the searching part. I loaded a lot of pdf files in different folders. The searching works fine when you only select one folder but when selecting "Everywhere" the search brings no results and all categories in the drop down menu is gone. You then need to close you browser and reopen it to do searches. I previously also received a mysql has gone error.

Please can someone help with this.

Hi i have issue with search. my parent option only shows "Everywhere". my other folders does'nt show in the list to search. how u manage to bring folders in list. plz let me know.

dlessing: what version of joomdoc do you have? If I search on our demo site everywhere, it find me documents I want. What sql error did you get?

tufail: if you create new folder, it also should be in this dropdown. Can you check your configuration? If there is correct document path?

when i am searching i got all my required results with no error. but there is only one option "Everywhere" in the parent drop down list. i can not see the folders list to select and search in that required folder. my configuration path is also attahed below. i purchased joomdoc pro and the version is 3.41 joomdoc pro. i unistalled three or four times but no luck even with joomla clean instalaltion no luck. my joomla version is 2.5.8 latest.

I use Joomdoc 3.4.3 Pro. When I do a search on specific directories I don't get any errors but when selecting everywhere I get the following SQL error;

Hello

The first error looks like some problem in your environment. What versions PHP, MySQL and Joomla do you use?
What PHP database driver do you use? Mysql or Mysqli?
