You mean deleting files from frontend right? I will consult it with JoomSEF developer.

I just tested it and I get error 500 when I have not installed JoomSEF extension of JoomDOC. If you have paid version, you should receive also download link with download id to this extension. JoomSEF needs it to correct work with JoomDOC URLs.

If somebody has free version, it should be also allowed to use this extension. Go to:
JoomSEF -> Manage Extensions

and there should be Components without SEF Extension installed. If you find there JoomDOC extension, just install it.
Deleting files/folders works well after this installation.

Hello, thank you for you reply. As you say, after installing joomDOC extension works everything fine. But i have still problem with deleting files.

If i clear cache in JoomSef maintenance - clear SEF URL and clear Cache, then everything works fine. But after one, two day is problem with delete files back. If i want delete any files, joomdoc say, 0 files deleted and im in totaly different folder. Very strange :(
