I tried the free version, after I tested it bought the paid user version. When I tried to create a new chart it rendered the chart to perfection but when saving I got an error message telling me it couldn't be saved.
So I tried using the apply command instead :

Hi, this is very different. We will investigate for you. What version of Joomla do you have? If you had install free version you can try uninstall actual version and then delete all database tables with prefix jos_artiofusioncharts. Best regards ARTIO.
