Admissions 13 years, 1 month ago #25387

Hi,

when I tried out the E-Ticket with the Bar-Code Scanner I changed the status of the Ticket from Confirmed to pending and back to confirmed. Meanwhile I scanned the Ticket. After two times I scanned it the system said "no more Admissions".

Why is that?

Hello,

each ticket has it's own bar-code and the code has set the ticket validity time, number of admissions and so on. This is separate from the ticket. Default number of admissions is 1. So if you checked it ones, it's used, the number of admissions is decreased and ticket isn't valid.
