Hi, i have eticket for joomla 2,5.
In your website is imposible to test because administrator does no exist (2.5 version),
I try to validated eticket like your video, and i dont have validate button, all time when i check the ticket it said ticket checked.
-I´m registred like owner, and i have all presrmisions.
-In joomla i´m a superuser
but when i try to pass two times the ticket, it´s not said duplicate

what i´m doing wrong?

this is probably bug, I have same problem on the newest version of eTickets. Video is a little older and there is older version of the component. We will try to send you solution for your installation in next few days.

What's your version of eTickets?

Can you try to set admissions to 1 for your ticket? Without this settings, system will allow you to check ticket unlimited times.
And also can you send us printscreen with bug on Lady Gaga ticket?
