If I check your site, I see some differences between your system and Book it! 2.
What should be possible:
1. You can set Book it! 2 with similar way. There can be 15 minutes intervals from 7 am to 7pm. It's not a problem.
What is different:
1. Design. It is absolutely different and Book it! 2 is probably more hungry for space, especially if you have so many bookable items.
2. My reservations, My past reservations, Other reservations, Other past reservations, Pending approval, Blacked out time - this is not included in our component. We allow you to manage Closing days (probably same like Blacked out time), but there will be no differences between past and future reservations and there will be no differences between user's reservations and other reservations.
Pending approval is not included too. You can only set different types for payments. For example if payment will be available for online payments only, then reservated time interval will be available for others until system will not receive payment for selected time. If you allow all payment method, then reservation will be marked as pre-reserved, lock time interval in calendar, but customers have no information about this. Time interval will be not marked as Pending approval.
3. Also there can not be shown customer information on frontend. You can show maximally customer nickname, but not his email and other personal information.
