Hello, I'm testing with the latest Book it! 2 Free (01/24/2013) on Joomla 2.5.9 and at the moment I click on the Book it button on the frontend I am getting the following error:
"Error: 500
You may not be able to visit this page because of....

File C:\wamp\www\sitename\administrator\components\com_booking\models\payment.php not found"

I have found this bug being listed in some past posts, but the resolution was to upgrade to a newest version (there is no newer than the one I have installed). Is there a quick fix for this to get it working??
Does anyone know of this is happening in the full version too?

Beta version from January is old. We already released some new versions. But online update is not possible.

However, within the topic you refer there is no obvious suggestion on how to update to the latest free beta.

I want to purchase the Bookit! 2 Pro version but need to be sure there is a stable version, free of major bugs, which can be trusted on a big live site.

Actual version is beta4. This version will allow you to install new version easily with online update.
Also older versions can be reinstalled, but you have to first uninstall Booking and then install beta4+. All missing tables and columns will be installed.

But component is still in beta. There can be still some bugs we didn't find yet.

EDIT: you can also do it (update) with free version.
