There are two versions:
1. Book it! Free is for Joomla 1.5 and 2.5.
2. Book it! 2 Free is new beta version of Booking for Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3.0. It should be also compatible with future releases of Joomla up to 3.5 (which should be stable version)
