TOPIC: Show a particular month in details page

Show a particular month in details page 11 years, 10 months ago #35776

Hello everybody,

I wonder if it was possible to set a particular month being shown by default for some objects.
In my 2.5 joomla site I offer some single day services, and I'd like that different objects details pages showed th month in wich the service runs/begins for 1st.

Ex.
  • Object: Trip in countryside

  • Date: 21/04 -daily-

  • Month by default in object detail page: April (and then the others, as usual)
.

I know i can set in configuration, but it's general and i need just for some services.
How can I do?
I suppose I've to modify something in components/com-booking/assets/view/ (maybe subject/tmpl/default_calendar_monthly??), but i don't know exactly which file and how?

Thanks.

Hello, if you use JoomSEF or something else (sef404) you can improve URL which opens page with object detail.
You should improve raw URL (query string) saved in JoomSEF database with SEF URL.
You can add these query params: year, month, week and day

Example:

index.php?option=com_booking&Itemid=1&view=subject&id=3:room

improve as

index.php?option=com_booking&Itemid=1&view=subject&id=3:room&month=3&year=2013

to open March 2013
