I have enabled payment methods paypal from backend
but nothing is showing in front end when tryiing to check out

Can you check ACL in PayPal settings? Try to allow it for public usergroup. Does it help?

now i have 3 more question
1- I enabled same day booking but can there is nothing to click

2- in same day booking can i allow booking untill 12 noon same day

3- can i disable the popup that show after pressing bookit and go directly to check out

1. I am not sure what do you mean with this. There is not available actual day only. If you want to enable it, try this: Configuration -> Calendars -> Allow Current Day Booking

2. Again I am not sure what do you mean with it. If you want that actual day will be available until 12 noon, then it is not possible. If you want booking from one day to another, there are more possible ways. Night Booking for daily reservations and more prices settings for hourly reservations.

3. It is not possible, but I will add it as new feature to our project management. So we will eventually prepare this option in this component.
