Hello. cciDEAL payment should work just like any other payment method. So if it works for other payment methods (f.e. PayPal) and not for ccIDEAL, it's a bug. But I don't know if payment in Booking changes status automatically in Booking, because Iam not developer; from documentation seems not.

Anyway, from code it seems that if you have cciDEAL platform >= 2.5.0, it should change the status automatically. But it's a year since we last checked the plugin (there were new versions of Platform in mean time), so it maybe stop working with some new version. What version do you have? Anyway, we should check the compatibility again and repair, but it will be probably as paid support.

But i checked payment also with PayPal and i see that this is working good.

if i paid it is automatically changed in paid.

I believe it should be possible to make it automated as well, but as Pavel wrote, the ccIDEAL component the plugin is mapped to could have changed meanwhile.

If you want us to check this for you and update the payment method plugin for you, I believe we shall be able to do it within some 2-3hrs.
You can buy them from our e-store.
(if you have the most recent version of the ccIDEAL + documentation, please, send them to us after you make the order, ideally together with access info to the site, so we can also check your settings)

Is there an emailadres where i can sent the login information.

I will sent:

the zip file cc ideal platform
the instructions where you can find these
the login information in ftp
and the login information for de administrator.

But please sent me the correct emailadres.
