My situation is:

a) I have rooms that can be hired.

b) We run our own events in these rooms.

I want a member of my staff to internally reserve rooms at specific points so they cannot be hired to customers.

How do I do that because the ADD RESERVATION in artio does not specify time or dates???

Just tried creating a reservation as a test..

It DID NOT even show up in the reservation list.

I am using BOOK 2.

Please help

It created the records in the BOOKING_RESERVATION table.
Will NOT show in back end... but then no date and time anyway.

booking_reservation_items Is obviously empty as nothing was entered for this.

If I create a normal reservation via FRONT END.. then it does put records in both tables as expected.

Hello,

you can create reservations via frontend and set payment status as paid without paying. Creating reservation via backend should be available in next version.
