Hi,

i have an email-template for the "State Change: Customer"-event to send an automated email to the customer.
It works, when i use the "Reservation Management (for Admins)" in frontend.

BUT i dont want to use the frontend, i would like to use the booking management in the joomla-backend. But the automated email will not be send, when i change the status.

Do i have to enable it anywhere? Is it not supported?

Hello,

this function works in the same way in frontend and backend.
If you want to change status in administration, you have to click on icon "Reservation Status". Please make sure you are using it properly.

Hallo,
using the backend I only get an eMail in case of changing status to 'storno'
All other status changes doesn't generate a mail to administrator.

Is there any switch to administrate?

you have to set it in adminstration Global Configuration/SMS/email.

Sorry, in Global Configuration of joomla 3.2 I don't see no this menu…
Do you mean: Global Confuration/'Component' Artio Book/ sms/eMail ?

I have just an eMail-Template defined for StatusChanges and it is already selected in State Change Customer!!
This Mail will be send in case of cancelling of a booking in status'pre-reserved'.
But in all other cases it will not be send!!!
