I have created an object.
I have stated everywhere that only registered users can book.

When I log in as a user with registered permissions (in Joomla), and the click the menuitem for the Object I see this message:

Properties

You aren't customer
Become customer (link)

I would prefer it to work in such way that if a Joomla Admin register a new user, then he should automatically be a customer in the booking system.
I would like this, because all the customers are registered by admin in the backend. And I find it awkward that an allready registered user has to confirm to be a customer when loggin in.

How do I accomplish this?

Or is it like this:

Since I only want registered users to book, and that they should not have to register anything related to the customer record:

a) Admin must first create a registered user in joomla.
b) Admin must then create a customer in the booking application.

But what is linking a customer to a user in joomla?
Is it the Email address?
If not, what is the link?

Bahh....Okay...

I just have to register the customer using the Customer form in the booking component.
Then the user will automagically be created as a new joomla user with Register rights.

yes but of course this is not a solution. because its just one way (Artio->Joomla). i need this solution urgently. how can i synchronize all users (and then with groups whos allowed to book)?
