Room is hired on the hour.

If someone hires for 4x hours then they get a £10 discount. If they hire for 8x hours then this is a £20 discount.

so

1x hour = £20
2x hour = £40
3x hour = £60
4x hour = £80 £70 (£10 discount)
5x hour = £100 £90 (£10 discount)
6x hour = £120 £110 (£10 discount)
7x hour = £140 £130 (£10 discount)
8x hour = £160 £140 (£20 discount)

I may be overcomplicating my explanation.

I want £10 off at 4x hours ... then another £10 off at 8x hours.

This translates to Hourly rate / Half Day Rate (£10 off) and then Daily Rate (£20 off).

I think, this is not easily possible at the moment.
Booking allow you to set volume discounts, but this discount is per item. So you can create something like:

1x hour = £20
2x hour = £40
3x hour = £60
4x hour = £70 (£2.5 discount per item)
5x hour = £90 (£2 discount per item)
6x hour = £109.8 (£1.7 discount per item)
7x hour = £129.5 (£1.5 discount per item)
8x hour = £140 (£2.5 discount per item)

Possibly have to do separate reservation option then..
