when I check your source code, there are some problems you should solve like link outside of html head, scriptlink to non existing file etc.

But it is not problem of conflict between mootools x jQuery how I thought.
You can try to disable some modules/plugins/components what you have installed and check if something help.
I think it will be problem with some incompatible plugin.
