I'm finally getting around to playing with this and the only thing I seem to be struggling with so far is the ticket numbering. I'm sure that I will have more questions but so far this is where I'm stuck... I don't want to invest too much more time getting it configured if this is going to be a show stopper.

As someone seemed to point out in an earlier post (for some reason I cannot get into that post and there do not appear to be any replies either), when I have purchased tickets to ANY event I've ever been to, the seats are referred to by rows and seats, i.e. in a 10 row, 15 seat layout, what you would call seat 16, I would call seat B1. Seat numbering the way this product currently works is useless. How can I tweak to give me the correct results? Is this even possible?

Also is there a way to have seats automatically assigned instead of allowing the purchaser to potentially see that your venue is not full and therefore perhaps making them think twice about booking seats.

Additional documentation around setting up seating charts over and above the basic rectangular setup would be useful. If this is an "add-on", i.e. we can pay someone to create our seating chart, please let me know.
