I saw the same problems when I just tried to do an install on a Linux host.. Are you able to enter into the Artio JoomSEF Configuration from the admin side? I just posted a question regarding this in the forum with debug info on my experience with it.

I'm attempting to use 3.0.2 with Joomla 1.5.2, but have been unsuccessful thus far.

The forum seems to have light traffic with a lack of too much support recently. I'm just wondering if anyone has been able to get the latest 3.0.2 build of JoomSEF to work with Joomla 1.5.2. It appears to install okay, I chmodded a core file to allow JoomSef to hack it & I enabled the appropriate content in the .htaccess... However! When I attempt to enter the Artio JoomSef Configuration, the template is lost and the configuration page doesn't fully load.

Ideally, I'd like to use JoomSEF 3.x.x with Joomla 1.5.x and CB 1.1 along with the profileURL extension similar to what I did on a 1.0.15 site.

I enabled debug mode with full logging enabled and found that JoomSef is attempting to query a non-existent table in the database. Commenting out the lines that did this in the admin.sef.php file did not help either because then there are more errors.
