i've try both joomsef cache and joomla cache but i don't know what i can do

i have a problem with joomsef title. i have set title for home page but it don't appear.
i've check that the plugin is active and the joomla generation tag is on but don't work

the version of my component is 3.6.5 and joomla is 1.5.15 (now updated to 1.5.18)

how can i solve this problem?

when i try to send a message from contact form i receive this error

500 - View not found ...

i read this post and others but i cant solve problem....
