I've tested JoomSEF 2.1.0 now. There is no change :(

I still couldn't find any solution for it. Do you haven't any ideas any more? :(

OK, I tried 1.5.1:

- same problem: localhost works. BUT: instead of the text content, you read:

404: Nicht gefunden
Entschuldigung, aber die angeforderte Seite konnte nicht gefunden werden.


However, localhost makes a homesite construction. I can see the webpage but the text is gone exept that 404-error

But I can use a Joomla-SEO - generated link while Artio is on. This works fine.

But still: the problem with the usual by artio generated urls do not work :(

Yes, I'm using Remository. But the problem exists, as I told in one of my last posts (more than a single one link) in ALL links.

Ok, I reinstalled 2.0 now.

result:

localhost is blank. I haven't any access to other urls.

In ARTIO JoomSEF URL Manager are no links generated.

I purged all links and reinstalled artio. But the problem is still the same.


Well, I changed to 2.0.2 because 2.0 didnt work at all. This means, that the URLs never got generated actually.

But since I made some changes (forum.joomla.org/index.php/topic,194242....20264.html#msg920264)

i'll try it again.

- no Artio, but SEO by Joomla:

- no Artio, no SEO by Joomla:

localhost/index.php?option=com_remository&amp;Itemid=105
localhost/index.php?option=com_content&a...24&amp;Itemid=72


Now, I will purge all links, uninstall artio and reinstall it again.

Standard-SEO is working corectly, yes. Example, the homesite:

Since I'm not sure about RewriteBase: Joomla is installed in

D:\nv_web\htdocs

in D:\nv_web are the files apache, mysql and php.

I just updated to 2.0.2 and now the link generation is working. But however, if i enter these links, i'll get always an error page like this:

Example: localhost/de/downloads

/de/downloads

was generated correctly, even de was recognized correctly, we have 3 languages there atm.

Error:

Not Found

localhost works but all other links not, even not localhost/en localhost/de localhost/fr

The requested URL /de/downloads was not found on this server.

Quite strange to me...

I use PHP4 MySQL5 on Apache (on WinXP).

JoomSEF just doesn't work. The installation was fine and I actually even am able to configure it. But the most important thing is not working, unfortunagely. is not working at all: The whole homepage becomes blank or depending on the configuration, there are appearing error pages.

I actually also tried OpenSEF - same problem there (i installed them separately, of course. This means, I haven't installed them both together but sequentially).
