Arrival & Departure are already there as From & To. You can improve localisation in your own. OK

Number of rooms: what do you mean exactly? I suppose that every room is separate bookable item. Do you want to check if the number of items (rooms) is available in selected interval? Yes it is for searching the number of available rooms, so it's already there, in the search form now.

Number of persons: we will do it as paid customisation, my coleaque will write you an e-mail with an offer.
OK I will expect your feedback regarding adding the number of persons.
