Does anyone has found a solution?

The error appear only at first ABSOLUTE click on each SEF URL; after it, the link can be clicked until the SEF URL is regenerated or the SEF cache is cleaned.

I've searched on forum in order to solve my problem, but I've not found solutions....
Or maybe I've not checked very fine...

My site configuration:
Joomla 1.0.15 stable
JoomSEF 2.2.6
DB encoding: UTF8
Page charset encoding: UTF8
Site language: CHINESE (UTF8)

The problem:
JoomSEF don't generate URL in Chinese chars...
And I get always 404 error.

There is a solution or any idea in order to solve this problem?
Or I need to move to another SEF component?
