I have purchased this component and am frustrated by the lack of support and response to my issue. I do not have virtuemart installed and was under the impression that it was not necessary. On annacrusis.com, I have created a category, venue, organization, voucher and event. I cannot get the event to show up on a calendar. I cannot get a menu item to show to be able to buy the ticket - I need help!

I am having some problems with e-Tickets 2.2.0

- The categories can be created but not visible in list
- Events do not show up in menu

Please assist me as soon as possible
