we need to do something like this

1) only allowed customer to book in advanced days, eg, 2 weeks from now.
so the calendar will allow booking selection after today+2 weeks.

2) add custom booking status, like Approved, Paid, Pending, Cancel, Reject

3) when customer book, the object unit is not reserverd until payment or Status (PAID)


How do we do that ?
