Im using IIS. But I figured this out last night. It was a permissions issue on the joomla administrator folder. Since Im using Plesk cPanel, I cannot chmod and have to do all permissions manually by clicking lame boxes.

I have a couple sites running Joomla all on the same server (IIS, MySQL, PHP) which are all same versions for the setup. It works beautifully on one of my sites and now I'm trying to implement it to my other 2 sites. Unfortunately I'm stuck at the first one and don't want to do the other site unless I figure this out.

I installed Artio with no issues.
Enabled SEF URLs
Enabled Apache mod_rewrite
Changed htaccess.txt to .htaccess

Everything is the same as the other site that works. But for this site I get the following error:

The system cannot find the path specified.


What else should I look into.
