have been having a problem when i enable the joomsef

all works well, but after a while, the menu items gets an addition /index.php to the url and thus not reachable.

if i clear cache, it works but then again after a while the menu urls dont work.

please advise.

am getting this error :

Error: headers already sent in index.php on line 3.
Stopped at line 759 in joomsef.php

please advise as the main website is ok at www.bobbytours.com
any other page doesnt open and gives the above error

dont i need to purge or anything ? or update urls ?

I have just upgraded my joomsef, virtuemart extension, quickfaq extension and kunena extension,

what now do i need to do ? should i purge the urls or ???

things have been running fine, i just updated, do i need to do something ?

is there an extension for virtuemart reviews ??
paid or free ?

Have noticed that my customers cannot add products to cart as it redirects them back to www.bobbytours.com/index.php

what can the problem be ?
