Is it possible to add a reservation from the backend or as an admin from the frontend without paying? We are setting up a party trailer and need to be able to have times from reservations made via phone/in person listed so nobody else can reserve that time via the website. I saw something about admins doing this from the frontend just like a customer but this would force the admin to pay for the reservation (causing lost money in PayPal fees) so I'm sure there is a way to do this that I am not seeing somewhere.

I am working on a site for a client that brings a mobile video game arcade for birthday parties. I want to set it up to where the system shows only shows available from 4pm to 10pm monday - friday and 8am to midnight saturday and sunday so someone doesn't try to book a party during the morning on a weekday when my clients are at their other jobs. Is it possible to do this? This is the one feature holding us back from buying the component and setting it up.
