1. Do you have fr-FR language installed in your Joomla?
yes (for menu , article) and virtuemart is ok
invoice ok (english and french) in virtuemart

2. Do you have files in proper folder? For invoice, it must be languages/fr-FR/fr-FR.com_vminvoice.ini
yes (and vm invoice make invoice in french and english) but only with language site default

3. If you have enabled "Page appearance -> Use customer language
yes

All my menu EN and FR , front end EN and FR
, invoice EN and FR (virtuemart) work in English, when the customer chooses his language on the flag.
but not in VM invoice nothing changes is always in French.

joomla 2.5 and virtuemart 2.0.8
