Is anyone able to run this extension successfully on your site? I have some problem with generated html.

Hi,
this are my store settings:
"Add Store Code to Urls" = "No"

Italian store (default): no modification
English store: Configuration -> Web -> Unsecure -> Base Link URL = {{secure_base_url}}gb/
Deutsch store: Configuration -> Web -> Unsecure -> Base Link URL = {{secure_base_url}}de/
....

So store code is added for all store view but default one.
In this way when I generate the cache if I set Enable multi-storeview = "Yes" the url of the italian page is wrong, if I set to "No", cached urls of the others store views are wrong.
How can I solve? Please let me know because I think to upgrade to Paid version.
