I want to install the component Artio JOOMSEF but need a little help

First of all i already have JOOM seo installed is that okay?? Does JOOM sef have to be installed first?

Secondly my joomla is installed in a directory like this

www.mywebsite.co.uk/rpm/

Now i have

.htaccess

in www.mywebsite.co.uk/ (this one is viewable but the writting is limited to Owner, not 'group' and 'others')

and also existing in

www.mywebsite.co.uk/rpm/ (this one is not writeable or even allowed to look at in plesk)


The install instructions say



Which .htaccess file??? The one in www.mywebpage.co.uk or www.mywebpage.co.uk/rpm/

Please help.
