In configuration insert a graphic in 404 page and the graphic fails even though when you insert it it shows perfectly. Just another bug. It was fine in versions previous to 1.4

# The line just below this section: 'Options FollowSymLinks' may cause problems

# it has been set by your server administrator and you do not need it set here.

# Only use one of the two SEF sections that follow. Lines that can be uncommented
# (and thus used) have only one #. Lines with two #'s should not be uncommented
# In the section that you don't use, all lines should start with #

# For Standard SEF, use the standard SEF section. You can comment out
# all of the RewriteCond lines and reduce your server's load if you
# don't have directories in your root named 'component' or 'content'
#
# If you are using a 3rd Party SEF or the Core SEF solution
# uncomment all of the lines in the '3rd Party or Core SEF' section

# In both the 'Standard SEF', and '3rd Party or Core SEF' sections the line:
# RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} ^(/component/option,com) [NC,OR] ##optional - see notes##

# RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} ^(/test/component/option,com) [NC,OR] ##optional - see notes##

Thanks Chris

Uninstalled 1.4.0 and installed 1.4.1 and now even though it is enabled, it isn't working. This of course has made my site fly but doesn't provide the desired result. I give up I am going to OpenSEF.

Now that is just downright annoying of you.

I support people for a living it annoys the hell out of me when the response is it isn't our fault!!!!

Clearly it was an issue, I had a previous version installed, I uninstalled it checked the documentation and made sure everything else was right (no permission problems with anything other joomla extensions). Paid for the install and installed it and it has been nothing but trouble.

The upgrade option in the product won't even work.

Please refund my money!!!!

Hi Chris

Debug was off, uninstalled and re-installed and at least got it working but this has be the worst thing I have seen in my life.

I had an earlier version installed and whilst it slowed the site down it worked at least.

This is a complete dog and doesn't do an effective job.

I don't mind paying for an application as long as I get value out of my payment, with this I have just bought a headache.

No response from the site owners at all, I think I am going to OpenSEF but I must put a negative comment on the Joomla extensions site not only about the product but also the complete lack of response from the developers.
